A first generation entrepreneur, Prashant oversees the business strategy, management, business development & Technology for The HRism. He is responsible for overall growth of the company by his rich experience and expertise in Information Technology & Human Resource domain.
He is passionate about Information Technology & his zeal to implement Creative HR Recruitment & Selection techniques for the benefit of entire HR Industry. He has helped couple of small to mid-size organization not only in their recruitment needs for bringing the bright resources but he takes ownership of the business to develop the HR Policies to retain the employees for the benefit of the organization. He feels that it is the bright resources which makes organization stronger & bigger.
Prashant holds masters in Business Administration from Gujarat University, India & a Bachelor’s degree in Science with an specialization of Information Technology from Saurashtra University, India.
